Simon O. Sinek is a British/American author, speaker and consultant. He is the author of the 2009 book, Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action. Sinek worked at the ad agency Euro/RSCG and in 2002 founded Sinek Partners. In January 2015, his talk How Great Leaders Inspire Action was listed as the third most popular TED presentation of all time. The talk was filmed at TEDxPuget Sound in September 2009. In October 2009, he published his book Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action.
